Today I purchased a copy of Gad Saad's book Suicidal Empathy. Saad (pronounced "sad") is a Lebanese Jew whose family was forced to flee Lebanon when he was about eight years old. The Muslims there were persecuting Jews and Christians. Saad's mother was kidnapped by the muslims and tortured. Saad's family moved to Canada where they established a new life.
The book describes how suicidal empathy is destroying the West. It reminds us that we as Westerners are allowing our countries to be flooded by people who hate us, by a toxic ideology that wishes to destroy our liberties, and that we are doing this in the name of empathy. Islam has a conquest mindset. It is a totalitarian ideology. It does not like competitors. They can do to us what they have done to the rest of the Muslim world if we allow them to. Saad reminds us that he knows plenty of beautiful, peaceful Muslims, but that the ideology is rotten.
I have read Saad's other book on this topic, The Parasitic Mind. In it he describes much the same plight. He says that there was a man in Norway who was sodomized by a Somali man. The Somali was given an incredibly lenient sentence, and after he was released from prison, he was deported back to Somalia. When the victim of the rape heard that he was being deported he cried. This is another example of suicidal empathy. Evolution has not equipped us with the ability to empathize with our rapist. Suicidal empathy is a sickness. If we do not keep it in check it will destroy us.
